Meta-Elemente geben einen Überblick mit Essenz einer Seite, jedoch setzte sich bald raus, dass die Verwendung er Vorschläge nicht solide war, da die Wahl der benutzten Schlagworte dank dem Webmaster eine ungenaue Darstellung des Seiteninhalts sonstige Verben konnte. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in den Meta-Elementen vermochten so irrelevante Seiten bei besonderen Benötigen listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller unterschiedliche Merkmale innerhalb des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu manipulieren, dass die Seite größer in Resultaten gefunden wird.[3] Da die damaligen Suchmaschinen im WWW sehr auf Aspekte abhängig waren, die einzig in den Taschen der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr vulnerabel für Abusus und Manipulationen in der Positionierung. Um höhere und relevantere Resultate in Serps zu bekommen, mussten sich die Unternhemer der Suchmaschinen an diese Voraussetzungen angleichen. Weil der Ergebnis einer Suchmaschine davon abhängig ist, besondere Suchergebnisse zu den inszenierten Keywords anzuzeigen, vermochten unpassende Resultate dazu führen, dass sich die Anwender nach diversen Optionen wofür Suche im Web umgucken. Die Lösung der Suchmaschinen lagerbestand in komplexeren Algorithmen beim Rang, die Aspekte beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur nicht leicht kontrollierbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin entworfenen mit „Backrub“ – dem Urahn von Suchmaschinen – eine Suchmaschine, die auf einem mathematischen Matching-Verfahren basierte, der anhand der Verlinkungsstruktur Unterseiten gewichtete und dies in Rankingalgorithmus einfließen ließ. Can someone help me with the issue:
When I enable the SEO in System>Settings>Store>Server Tab, everything looks and runs Okay, exept when I go in ANY sub-category.
Then the site's URL goes from MySiteNameURL/MainCategory, to MySiteNameURL/MainCategory/AnySubCategory and CSS and JS are not loading at all! The category items listed in this categories are loading , exept the Style CSS file and any JS I have. In other words the site's style is gone.
But:
But if I drop the MainCategory from the URL and enter directly: MySiteNameURL/AnySubCategory the site is finding the correct path to the CSS and JS and everything is Okay.
Please, could someone help me with this? Thank You.

Thanks for the video, this made things that little easier for me, the only difference I had to make was to add a few custom lines from my .htaccess to the bottom of the new .txt one as my site forces https access. Took a few seconds and no issues so far 🙂
Doing this has broken all product pages. When I click on any product I open an error page that says something like this: "Fatal error: Uncaught Twig_Error_Loader: Unable to find template "extension/module/quickorder.twig" followed by paths that are missing.

Then again, what about all the product pages? They still show an ugly, ridiculous URL like:
index.php?route=product/product&product_id=40 ???
Who would ever try to even think about buying a product_id=40 from any online store?

I had this setup just fine on my site, but now I'm working with a multi site, and the seo url's do not work with the additional store. I get error 500. I can not figure out why.

I have two htaccess files
htaccess and .htaccess.txt
What do I do here, delete htaccess which is the original file and amend the .htaccess.txt by removing the .txt extension?

Hello. I have made all as described here, but get 404. And not seo urls works. My site use 2 languages and I have set keywords for both languages. Finally it works, but changing language go to home page and connection on seo url pages are not secure.
It would be good to add that one should only put category_id=xxx for category etc. because first I was trying to add the whole link with index.php and so one.
