Die Seitenbesitzer erkannten flott den Wert einer nahmen Listung in den Resultaten und recht bald entstanden Betrieb, die sich auf die Besserung professionellen. In Anfängen passierte der Antritt oft über die Übermittlung der URL der geeigneten Seite an die divergenten Search Engines. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Betrachtung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Webpräsenz auf den Server der Recherche, wo ein weiteres Software, der bekannte Indexer, Informationen herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Ansprüche, Links zu diversen Seiten). Die frühen Modellen der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Angaben, die mithilfe der Webmaster sogar gegeben worden sind, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Suchmaschinen im WWW wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben einen Überblick mit Gegenstand einer Seite, allerdings setzte sich bald hervor, dass die Einsatz dieser Hinweise nicht verlässlich war, da die Wahl der genutzten Schlagworte dank dem Webmaster eine ungenaue Abbildung des Seiteninhalts repräsentieren hat. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in Meta-Elementen konnten so irrelevante Unterseiten bei speziellen Brauchen listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller mehrere Attribute binnen des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu beeinflussen, dass die Seite passender in den Ergebnissen aufgeführt wird.[3] Da die zeitigen Suchmaschinen im Internet sehr auf Punkte abhängig waren, die ausschließlich in Koffern der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr unsicher für Straftat und Manipulationen im Ranking. Um vorteilhaftere und relevantere Testergebnisse in Serps zu erhalten, mussten sich die Betreiber der Search Engines an diese Umständen angleichen. Weil der Ergebnis einer Anlaufstelle davon abhängig ist, wichtigste Suchresultate zu den gestellten Suchbegriffen anzuzeigen, vermochten unpassende Resultate zur Folge haben, dass sich die User nach diversen Chancen zur Suche im Web umschauen. Die Antwort der Internet Suchmaschinen inventar in komplexeren Algorithmen beim Rang, die Punkte beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur mühevoll beherrschbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin generierten mit „Backrub“ – dem Urahn von Yahoo search – eine Recherche, die auf einem mathematischen Suchalgorithmus basierte, der mit Hilfe der Verlinkungsstruktur Webseiten gewichtete und dies in Rankingalgorithmus reingehen ließ. Is using a server side wildcard redirect good practice? This was done but the old domain urls are still indexed a year later. Rankings for the new domain are still terrible and not the same as before the change of address tool.

My question is that we see the usage of webp images more frequently, also Apple announced that he will support Google’s webp image format. Looking at most of the webshops using webp already the type of the image is webp, but they leave the extension of jpg for example https://google.com/image.jpg but type is webp. What could be the reason for that? Wouldn't it be better if the image would have a .webp extension or no extension at all. Is this related somehow to indexing or SEO? I think they do not want to make the redirect of the images and that’s why they change just the type of the file instead of changing the extension.

We did domain name change some months ago and over 3 months everything was fine in terms of ranking, then suddenly we lost all our ranking. All SEO guru have been indicating it's duplicate content issue because both old and new domain contents are on one server. Can you drop some light on this?

If you migrate your website then check out 301 redirect a few times. Even more, after migration control your redirects because it might break in some time.
