Uvalde college police chief recognized as commander who decided not to breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass capturing at Robb Elementary School on Might 24 that left 19 children and two teachers lifeless.
