Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in front of household during domestic violence name

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a family that referred to as police throughout a fraught home violence call.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order call on the night of April 21.

An unidentified particular person whose household put a home violence restraining order against him had allegedly violated the order and was at the household’s dwelling, based on a press release of details provided by the District Lawyer’s Office.

The daughter then requested Dominguez about her brother’s GPS monitor, which they — and Ms. S, the mom — went to retrieve collectively. After Dominguez was handed the monitor, the mother alleged that Dominguez unzipped his pants and began rubbing his crotch. The daughter also allegedly witnessed this.

Later, the daughter went into the kitchen to get her mom a glass of water. Dominguez allegedly adopted her into the kitchen.

As he circled to face Ms. S, she “saw Officer Dominguez’s penis outdoors of his pants totally uncovered,” the assertion read.

Dominguez is on administrative go away following the incident, the District Lawyer’s Workplace said. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
