Spouse filled husband’s telephone with child porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading lots of of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their residence.

The police say that phone had a whole bunch of pictures of “various juvenile victims.”
