Wife filled husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading tons of of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn of their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of photos of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to marvel why the telephone he was using didn't have any pictures similar to the ones Moore changed into them. That’s when they reportedly received a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were buddies and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they had been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his major phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same charges as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
