Wife filled husband’s phone with youngster porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading tons of of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the device and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn of their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to marvel why the cellphone he was utilizing did not have any photos similar to the ones Moore was them. That’s once they reportedly got a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were mates and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his old telephone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical costs as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
