Wife stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole lot of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and stated she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn of their house.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they were buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it because it was not his primary telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same prices in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
