Jacqueline Summer Beard was pronounced dead Friday by the Franklin County coroner after native residents referred to as the police to report a suspicious automobile, the sheriff's workplace stated. When officers arrived at the scene, several canines began attacking the residents, inflicting one of them to maintain minor accidents and some of the dogs to be euthanized instantly, the sheriff's office said. Officers then found Beard's body within the car, the sheriff's office said.
Dowdy was charged with manslaughter and is being held without bail, public data present.
