Wife stuffed husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading tons of of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the device and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had hundreds of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to marvel why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any photographs much like those Moore changed into them. That’s once they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been associates and had discussed finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they were associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same charges as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
