Wife stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole bunch of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the gadget and said she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn of their house.

The police say that phone had lots of of pictures of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the cellphone he was utilizing did not have any pictures just like the ones Moore become them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were associates and had mentioned carrying out the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his primary phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
