Wife crammed husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading hundreds of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in line with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the device and said she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their house.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to surprise why the cellphone he was using did not have any images much like those Moore changed into them. That’s once they reportedly obtained a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were associates and had discussed finishing up the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the phone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same prices in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
