Wife crammed husband’s phone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole bunch of images of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn of their home.

The police say that telephone had tons of of pictures of “varied juvenile victims.”

Moore is going through prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical costs as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
