Spouse stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading lots of of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the device and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn in their dwelling.

The police say that phone had tons of of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”
