Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading hundreds of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the machine and stated she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view little one porn in their residence.

The police say that phone had hundreds of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Moore is dealing with prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
