Uvalde school police chief identified as commander who decided to not breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass capturing at Robb Elementary School on May 24 that left 19 children and two lecturers lifeless.
