Supreme Courtroom says wrongful loss of life lawsuit towards Dallas officers can go forward

DALLAS - The high court will permit a wrongful dying lawsuit to proceed towards the city of Dallas and four police officers.

The household of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa known as police for help as he had a drug and psychological well being disaster.
