Russian spy plane violates Swedish air house

A Russian reconnaissance aircraft briefly violated Sweden’s airspace on Friday, Swedish protection officials mentioned on Saturday, because the Scandinavian country ponders a bid for NATO membership after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“A Russian AN-30 propeller aircraft violated Swedish airspace on Friday night,” the Swedish protection ministry said in a press release, adding that its groups had followed the incident and photographed it.
The ministry mentioned the plane was flying east of Bornholm, a Danish island in the Baltic, before it headed towards Swedish territory.
“It's totally unacceptable to violate Swedish airspace,” public television SVT quoted Protection Minister Peter Hultqvist as saying.
“This action is unprofessional and given the general safety state of affairs very inappropriate. Swedish sovereignty must at all times be respected.”
