9 Shot, One Useless in San Bernardino County – NBC Los Angeles

One individual was killed and eight others have been injured Friday night when photographs were fired at a large party at a strip mall hookah lounge within the San Bernardino County neighborhood of Highland.

The capturing within the metropolis east of San Bernardino was reported just before midnight within the 3600 block of East Highland Avenue. Officers encountered a large crowd of about 100 folks in the area for a celebration at a hookah lounge.

A capturing sufferer located outside died at the scene. A woman on the scene who recognized herself because the sufferer's grandmother said he's 20 years previous.

Eight different folks were hospitalized with what seem like non-life-threatening accidents, police stated. The sheriff's department initially mentioned 10 people were shot, but later updated that number to 9, together with the deceased victim.

Police are in search of two shooters in reference to the shooting, a supply close to the investigation instructed NBCLA. The supply mentioned a lot of the injured victims had been caught in the crossfire and did not seem like supposed targets.

Proof markers have been placed at a close-by gasoline station. Crime scene tape blocked off the intersection early Saturday close to Tha Blu Flame lounge.

No arrests were reported. Detailed descriptions of the shooters weren't immediately out there.

Highland is simply east of San Bernardino on the base of the San Bernardino Mountains.
