Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Close to White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles were injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive right into a concrete security barrier close to the White House, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to pull over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automotive slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers stated.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled in the front across the road from a Secret Service guard put up, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There have been two juveniles in the car. Each were taken to a hospital and are now in stable situation, officials mentioned. We do not know their actual ages.
