Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles were injured Monday after crashing a stolen automobile into a concrete safety barrier near the White House, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to drag over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automotive slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at seventeenth Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials said.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled in the entrance throughout the street from a Secret Service guard post, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There have been two juveniles within the car. Each had been taken to a hospital and at the moment are in steady situation, officers mentioned. We don't know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face fees.
