A Florida choose on Wednesday struck down a portion of a redistricting map drawn by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his employees.
Driving the news: "I'm finding that the enacted map is unconstitutional beneath the Truthful District modification ... because it diminishes African People' skill to elect the representatives of their selection," Leon County Circuit Decide Layne Smith said.
