EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Police say they arrested a driver who was 3.5 instances the legal alcohol limit after not less than five people known as 911.
Officers say the calls started coming in round 4:40 p.m. Monday.
They are saying witnesses reported seeing a SUV hit the median of the Lloyd Expressway close to the Main Road exit. They are saying the crash brought on a flat tire and the automobile to smoke, but the driver saved going.

They say he finally stopped at a automotive dealership and appeared “tremendous drunk.”
Staff instructed police the motive force, 30-year-old Jordon Mattingly, was trying to promote his SUV.

They are saying Mattingly smelled of alcohol and almost fell several instances. Officers say he tested .291 on a transportable breath take a look at.

Mattingly is dealing with several charges.
