HAMILTON (Mercer) — A police chief from Burlington County now facing DWI expenses in Mercer County was lying down in the highway behind his pickup truck, keys and cell phone strewn close by — as seen in body digicam footage from the April arrest.
The video shows what occurred after police caught up with Bordentown Police Chief Brian Pesce, who was been charged with crashing his vehicle and fleeing the scene earlier in the night.
The truck’s driver-side door was flung open as Hamilton law enforcement officials arrived on April 22 to see Bordentown Police Chief Brian Pesce, lying on his left aspect near the curb behind his Chevy Silverado.
