Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in front of household during home violence name

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a family that referred to as police during a fraught domestic violence call.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order call on the evening of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose family put a home violence restraining order in opposition to him had allegedly violated the order and was at the household’s dwelling, according to a press release of info offered by the District Attorney’s Office.

The mother, recognized within the statement as Ms. S, the daddy, Mr. A, and their 23-year-old daughter known as police. Dominguez and two other officers arrived on the scene, with the former taking the “lead investigative position,” per the assertion.

Dominguez started the investigation by speaking to the daughter.

“Officer Dominguez took curiosity in her and continued to interact almost exclusively with her,” the statement read.

As he circled to face Ms. S, she “saw Officer Dominguez’s penis outside of his pants absolutely uncovered,” the statement read.

The mom and daughter then went to seek out Mr. A, the daddy, they usually known as an uncle who was close to the scene.

When Mr. A returned into the kitchen, he “saw Officer Dominguez facing out of the kitchen together with his erect penis in his left hand and his proper hand on the counter.” Mr. A left the home; a few minutes minutes later, Dominguez allegedly left and went again to work.

This isn't the primary misconduct incident inside the previous month involving San Jose police. An officer investigating the kidnapping of 3-month-old Brandon Cuellar was allegedly drunk through the investigation, tipping off an FBI agent on the scene, KRON reported.

Dominguez is on administrative go away following the incident, the District Legal professional’s Workplace said. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
