800 workers resign after firm asks them to work from workplace

Because the Covid scenario has improved, several companies have already referred to as their workers to workplace, ending the make money working from home (WFH).

Over 800 WhiteHat Jr workers have resigned from the children online coding studying edtech start-up within the last two months after being asked to work from office.

This comes after WhiteHat Jr, a platform which was acquired by BYJU’S in 2020, requested its employees to return to workplace inside a month’s time, in keeping with an Inc42 report.

On March 18, the corporate introduced the coverage to finish do business from home and asked remote workers to return to office by April 18.

The resignations came from full-time employees of the sales, coding, and math teams. Extra staff are anticipated to put down their papers within the coming months.

One of many workers who resigned informed the web site that a month’s time was not sufficient for relocation. “Some have youngsters, some have aged and sick mother and father, while others have other duties. It's not right to name again staff in such a short period of time,” the former WhiteHat Jr employee mentioned.
