10 injured, 3 regulation enforcement officials damage after gunfire erupts in Charleston, S.C.

Ten individuals have been injured, 4 critically, and three law enforcement officials were hurt Monday night after gunfire erupted in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, in response to police.
